The Janitorial manager will ensure that Operations meet customer service directives, rigorous quality standards, and comply with our policies and procedures. This is a significant role requiring an individual with proven experience in effectively managing housekeeping operations, client relationships, budgets, work schedules, safety protocols, training, payroll, interview and termination processes, performance and disciplinary actions of employees. This individual will also be required to estimate and write proposals for new accounts.
The hours of the position will start sometime in the afternoon and go until late into the night. No exact hours have been set, but probably somewhere around 2pm or 3pm until 10pm or 11pm.
Experience: Two or more years Janitorial cleaning experience with demonstrated ability to direct and lead staff. Must have experience in office buildings and/or large commercial facilities. Floors and carpet maintenance knowledge is a plus.
