Carley,-Ric-web-2Ric Carley, President and CEO of Carley Staffing Solutions, Inc.

Ric is a 34 year veteran of the United States Air Force and the New York Air National Guard. He recently retired as a Chief Master Sergeant, (E-9). Ric while serving in the military, embraced entrepreneurship; and currently owns several businesses in the Rochester area; He is a partner with The Nichols Construction Team, Inc., a full service commercial construction company, FaciliCare, a facility maintenance and management company, Precision Sorting, Inc. a part inspection and sorting business, and Lovin’ Cup, a bistro serving brews, wine and music near the RIT Campus. As a small business owner, he had the need to find quality personnel resources which triggered the creation of Carley Staffing. Then, with his military background, knowing the value that our veterans can bring to the civilian workforce, he was committed to forming a division within Carley Staffing with a desire to connect veterans from all branches of the service to find, not only suitable, but meaningful employment.

Shawn Marie Clary, Executive Recruiter and Chief Operating Officer

Shawn is responsible for operational leadership and business development.  She effectively manages and utilizes resources to ensure customer satisfaction and business successes. Over the years she has developed solid processes that not only assist people in obtaining employment but also has established a customized service approach for our clients.

 

 

 

 

Bobby ReevesRobert Reeves, Recruiter and HR Support

Robert has been with Carley Staffing since the Fall of 2014. He brings several years of restaurant management experience with him. Robert is responsible for effectively recruiting, screening, and placing candidates. In February 2016 he obtained the title of Certified Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association.

 

 

 

 

 

Amber Whitman, Office Manager

Amber was hired with Carley Staffing in Spring of 2013. She holds an Associate’s degree in Accounting from Bryant & Stratton college. Her previous experience is in customer service and as an administrative assistant at a local CPA firm. She is responsible for keeping the office running smoothly on a daily basis, including A/R, A/P and payroll.
